Refund Policy

At Velix, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at velixorders@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please check with your bank first. If it has still not reflected, contact us at velixorders@gmail.com and we will assist you.
